PlanET - Made from plastic bottles

Some collections within our PlanET range are made from post-consumption plastic bottles. The bottles are shredded and spun into new yarns, afterwards used to create stunning recyclable mattress fabrics. All of our 100% virgin polyester fabrics are also available in a version made out of recycled PET bottles.

Next to that, we also offer fabrics for headboard and bed bases that are made out of 100% polypropylene, which means the fabrics can be recycled up to 10 times!! The yarns in these fabrics are solution dyed, that results into saving up to 95% of water compared to the traditional dyeing process.
